Nice rental homes in a quiet suburb. Pool and facilities are nice. Houses are simply furnished but comfortable (very very soft beds). Things needed in the house are minimal (only 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 towel/person, 1 round of dishwashing soap...), so if you are planning a stay of more than 1-2 days, plan to buy extra soaps and cleaning supplies. Also all laundry needs to be done at the central washers and costs 11€ to wash and dry. If you are going it is possible to get to and from with public transport but it is a 20-30 min walk to the bus (car may be recommended). I would go again!

Absolutely amazing resort. The villas were absolutely modern and huge, and all the services worked perfectly. The private sauna and jacuzzi was absolutely amazing too!My only 2 complaints with my stay were that, the garden wasnt very well maintained, but still good enough. And there aren't many toiletries in the bathroom.And one last thing for the hotel, we stayed in villa 21, and the big bathroom's ceiling light is flickering, and a bit dim.

Afgelopen weekend op het park geweest en het park niets mis mee. Het personeel komt zijn afspraken niet na. We hadden om een omboeking gevraagd en dat werd letterlijk gezegd door ene Geerte dat dit geregeld was maar niets is mooier waar er werd kei hard gezegd hoezo ik heb niets beloofd. Daarna ene Inge aan de lijn gehad en beloofde ons dat de omboeking wel verstuurd zou worden ja ja ook dat wederom niet gedaan. Toen hebben wij onze persoonlijke juriste ingeschakeld maar toen kon het in een keer wel met bibberende stem van onze Inge werd het heel vlug geregeld dachten wij maar ook hier wederom voor de gek gehouden na nog 1 dag gewacht te hebben weer gebeld en toen werd het onderhand geregeld.eenmaal op het park werd ons ook beloofd of er ter compensatie iets gedaan kon worden maar ook hier wederom teleurstellend niets vernomen. Beautiful location and nicely equipped apartments! However, I am disappointed with the the cleaning service. We received a room with dirty floor, crumbles and stains on the flour, lots of spiders and spiderweb in the room and toilet has also questionable parts. Definitely not a way to enjoy the room at the max what it should be on vacation.

Wij zijn zes dagen op het park geweest. De huisjes waren mooi en ons huisje was ook goed schoon. Locatie is ten opzichte van Maastricht heel goed. Met tien minuten zit je in het centrum zowel met de auto als de fiets. Wat tegen viel waren de voorzieningen op het park zelf. Wij waren met een kindje van 2 jaar en dan is het prettig als je niet altijd het park af hoeft. Er is weliswaar een restaurant, een café en een snackbar maar die zijn niet altijd geopend. Met name doordeweeks (dinsdag tot donderdagmiddag laat) was zowel het café als het restaurant gesloten. Er is voor kinderen een kidsclub maar die was sowieso dicht. Verder is er niks overdekt, behalve het zwembad. Die kleinschaligheid is leuk maar daardoor is het dus ook moeilijker de voorzieningen op peil te houden. Great place, the location is fantastic as you can reach a lot within 10min driving, eg. golf course (practically next door) but also the city centre of Maastricht. Within the location itself there is also a spa, pool, eating places, bakery, kids club and mini supermarket.Oh and not to forget, it is also a great place if you want to bring your furry friend (dog)!

Rooms are up s flights of narrow winding stairs. If you have small children think twice. At 10pm if kids are still outside, people will tell you to go inside, rude people. If you sit where you can see your kids play and expect service for food or drink, expect an hour wait and rude reprimand if you go inside to order...told to go back out and wait. No other patrons are inside. Get large coffee but cup is always half full. Would not recommend this place.

Lang weekend op dit park. Wij zaten op het gedeelte van de master villa's. Alles zag er goed uit in het huisje. schoon en netjes. Bedden sliepen goed en waren ruim. Wel kwamen we bij binnenkomst een dood muisje aan in een van de keuken kastjes onder de kraan, maar dit kan gebeuren. Je zit redelijk in een groen gebied. Ook hadden wij een vervelende ervaring met een aantal ongewenste bezoekers op het park. Deze personen hadden onze fiets gestolen. Die afgesloten op slot voor ons huis stond. We hebben ook begrepen dat dit vaker voorkomt op dit park. Wij vinden wel dat de receptie hier alerter mee om mag gaan. Geef zulke zaken door aan je gasten. Verder zou ik het park voorzien van een hekwerk wat veel hoger is, zodat er geen fiets over heen kan.. En dat het park alleen te betreden is via een hek, niet alleen voor auto's maar ook voor voetgangers. We hebben later nog twee jongens verdacht zien lopen en aangesproken. Die waren echt op zoek naar spullen ,uitgaande van hun reactie. Dus ...beveiliging op het park moet beter! Zwembad was mooi en voorzien van de basis faciliteiten. Rooms great. We had the appartment with shared washing machine, dryer and small pool in the complex. The rooms are great and the beds are soft. Everyhting was closeby from swimming pool, kids playground and restaurant snackbar. Due to the weather we didnt hired bikes, but the prices are really affordable for a day. Enough space for parking lit and elektric vehicle charge. We have explored the area from belgium, maastricht, valkenburg and germany. All within 30 min drive.I would say dormio is the luxury version of center parks and I would definitly come back or try another dormio park.

In the apartment Brouwer luxe sat. Great apartment with three bedrooms. The apartment really needed some maintenance. In the accompanying sauna all parts that are used for pouring water on the stones were broken. In addition, there were no instructions to be found for starting the sauna, so you have to figure it out yourself. The kitchen is quite pleasantly designed and furnished. It is useful to bring a set of salt and pepper. Because this is not present in the apartment. The couch and chairs seem comfortable, but are very hard and unpleasant. We booked their nicest villa for 4 nights. We paid over 2,500 euro for the stay. Everything was great until we walked into our villa. Thats when the trouble started.1. On their website they say the villa is child friendly, except that there are classic steep dutch stairs with no baby gate. Not exactly child friendly.2. They provided us with enough shampoo and body soap for 1 person for 1 night. Not what I expected for 2500 euro. No dishwasher soap, no hand soap, 4 pods of coffee, 2 sticks of sugar, no garbage bags, etc... they market themselves as a " 5 star resort hotel", yet this is an apartment for rent at best, even airbnbs offfer more. Im shocked they had utensils and plates.3. No wifi upstairs. Seriously??4. They said we have a "barbecue". What they meant was a hole with a metal plate on top. No coal, no lighter, nothing to barbecue with.5. We had to spend 300 euro!!! To stoock up the place just for 4 days as it was completley empty. Absolutely ridiculous.6. Fireworks going off non stop. I get its christmas, but we are at a resort, they should have a strict no fireworks rule 24/7.7. MOLD!!! We moved the curtsin in the downstairs bedroom to find the entire wall clvered in mold. Our son wa sgoing to sleep there!8. We made a reservation through the website, and put in the notes to please give us a charger for our car. When i called to check with them, they said sorry your home doesnt have a charger, and only offered to switch us when i pushed them too.9. I paid 2500 euro and they expect me to clean up the place before i leave, do the dishes, empty the dishwasher, take out the garbage down the road, etc....For 2500 euro?!!?!? I could have done all this for free at home.Overall its our first night here and we are EXTREMELY unhappy. I do NOT reccomend visiting until they fix these issues.

This place is great. The rooms are large and nicely appointed. I only wish I understood how to use the ventilation system. It’s been hard to regulate the temperature in the apartment but I feel that is most likely my fault.

EERSTE KEER , LAATSTE KEER !!!! Samen met onze vrienden /buren reserveerde ik voor een fiets vierdaagse een huisje op vakantiepark Dormio Maastricht! Wij kozen voor eentje met veranda, zodat wij onze elektrische fietsen achteraan konden stallen! Dukdalf nr 62 werd ons vakantiehuis , van 14/3/24 tot 17/3/24 . Alles prima tot ik op zondag 17/3 opstond om 06.10 u en ik de gordijnen opende ! En ik vaststelde dat onze 4 fietsen ( de Riesse &mullerspeedpedelec en Norta e bike van onze buren ) ( en onze 2 Batavus e bike s ) verdwenen waren . Die stonden slotvast per twee onder de veranda ! om 7uur ging onze buurman naar de receptie die dan opende , om dat te melden en vroeg om de politie te verwittigen. Hij kreeg als antwoord dat deze toch niet kwamen om de verdwijning vast stellen . Maar raadde zij aan om persoonlijk aangifte te gaan doen op het politiebureau 3 km verder . Onze mannen zijn dan naar het politiebureau gereden om aangifte te doen van de diefstal. Daar bleek dan dat wij geen alleenstaand geval waren ! Daar zei men dat het simpel was … met de bestelwagen kan men op het golfterrein en zo over de omheining van 1,20m achterkant huisjes ! Geen camera s !!!! Toen de mannen terug kwamen hebben wij het sleepspoor achter de huisjes 58 en 60 opgemerkt tot aan de omheining golfterrein . Bij het uitchecken , onze keycarts ingeleverd . Heb gevraagd om de manager te spreken… die was niet aanwezig, ook gevraagd omeen klachtenformulier, dat kon niet ! Men beloofde mij dat de manager mij zeker zou contacteren. Dat is op de dag van heden nog niet gebeurd ! Voor ons samen 21000 euro verlies ! En geen reactie! Sorry , maar wat wij hoopte , een ontspannende fietsvakantie is uiteindelijk de hel geworden! Pros: The apartment was quite nice, a corner property with lovely outdoor area and pretty private. The bathroom and bathtub were really nice. There was an indoor pool just outside our apartment door but we didn't know that, so weren't prepared with swimmers. The gentleman who checked us in at the front desk was excellent.Cons: Maybe we didn't realize the type of place we were booking, but it would have been helpful to know that when you book an "apartment", that means no housekeeping, one roll of toilet paper for your entire stay, and also no air conditioning (although there's a mysterious control for "air" that doesn't seem to do anything). If you want additional towels, you'd have to pay for them. The bed was comfortable but was just two single beds pushed together, so if you're a couple, be prepared to fall into the crack several times a night. Also there is only one pillow for each person.There is a restaurant on site, but when we attempted to get a table at 6:45pm, we were told we couldn't have one because "the kitchen closes at 8". When we pointed out that it was nowhere near 8, the waiter said "Sorry, I'm the only one working tonight so no more customers." We were only 2 people, but I can't imagine what a couple with children would have done at that point. We just drove into Maastricht and found a nice place to eat. Ridiculous.We were staying in the area to play golf (although the course on site was not very good), so it suited us just fine for that. However, we wouldn't return.

A very nice experience in the city of Maastricht, I loved the experience.The only thing, I felt the receptionist twice whispering behind us before and after we came to them because we're foreigners!

We had a five day stay at Dormio Maastricht. We stayed in one of the Penthouses. Well equipped and clean so that was a big positive. The penthouse had three big bedrooms, two bathrooms (one with bubble bath and the other with a sauna and steam shower. There was also a barbecue, terrace heater, etc. So an overall great apartment! Even with a small nu nice bathroom in the basement. This can only be used by the apartments (8 in total so really private).The park itself has a nice bakery, bike rental, swimming pool and Spa. And they have a nice kids club with a daily program to help entertain the kids. Scattered throughout the park there are different play zones. Parking is easy and it’s location close to Maastricht is a big plus. Only reason not to go for five stars would be that there is no big inside play area which you see at many other family oriented holiday parks. Oh and for the foodies; there is a Michelin starred restaurant in the hotel on the park! Enjoy!

I was lucky to visit Dormio resort in Maastricht when it originally opened, some places was still in construction so the prices were reasonably fair. My kids and I had a wonderful vacation, experience and the ambiance and scenery was just what you need on vacation.... one I will not forget. Pity now that the prices of the place have quadrupled since our visit.
